Shipping policy

We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. As we work with international dropshipping suppliers, delivery times typically range from 7–20 business days depending on your location and the supplier's origin. Expedited options may be available at checkout for select products.

We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the supplier on your behalf.
